Encourage your friend in being a fruitful worker for the Lord. Support them in growing their capacity to serve, lead and minister to others.
Help mobilize, train and coach them to lead discipleship groups in their community.
Partner with them in learning how to launch a ministry.
Encourage them to take those they are discipling in their small group to conferences, mission trips and service opportunities.
