The Person is a Faithful Disciple
Encourage your friend who is a faithful disciple to continue taking steps of faith. Challenge them in surrendering their heart, character and every other area of their life to Christ. Be sure to give them feedback in grace and truth.
Equip them in evangelism, discipleship, and service. As Jesus encouraged his disciples to go out two-by-two and model ministry to them.
Encourage them to lead a small group, go on a mission trip and look for opportunities to initiate gospel conversations in their everyday lives.

When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?”
